How do I order Spanish pottery online?
Browse our Spanish Kitchenware Pottery galleries and add your choice of our pottery and the quantity you require to your shopping cart. When you press the “order now” button you will be taken to our secure order form. Simply fill in the order by providing the requested contact details and delivery and backup addresses so that we can contact you and ensure sure your pottery gets to you safely and on time. We never pass on any of this information to third parties. Then you choose your preferred method of payment and follow the instructions provided to finalise your pottery purchase. We will email receipt and confirmation of your order within 24 hours.
How do I know that you have received my Spanish Pottery order?
We will personally contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your order, via email or phone to confirm the details of your purchase and their delivery.
How long does delivery of imported Spanish ceramics take?

Once our transport company calculates the delivery distance and time, we can offer you a choice of delivery dates to suit your timetable. With enough notice we can work around special delivery dates such as birthdays and anniversaries etc

Our Spanish kitchenware pottery collections are so popular that from time to time we do run out of some stock. In this case we will immediately inform you and give you the choice of having your order specially made for you, (which will add to the delivery time) or the option to reorder from our other lines if that is your preference. Once confirmed, your pottery will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 weeks and up to a maximum of 6 weeks.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, and with no incurred charges. As soon as we receive your order, we personally acknowledge receipt of your order within 24 hours. Your cancellation must follow within the following 48 hours. You can do this via email or by telephone. If we do not receive notice of cancellation from you before your pottery order is shipped please accept the delivery when it arrives and contact us for instructions on returning it.
What is your policy on items broken during transit?
All pottery orders are fully insured against damages and breakages during transit. We take great pride and the utmost of care whilst packaging all our Spanish pottery items for export. Each piece is individually bubble wrapped and our sturdy, well marked delivery boxes are not over packed. We use only the best transport companies who are professionals in careful handling, to deliver our pottery as we know it’s very special!! Damage is very rare and not something you have to worry about should it occur…we guarantee that you get exactly what you pay for.
What happens if a Ceramic piece that I order is unavailable?
Don’t worry! We can arrange directly with the Spanish potteries that supply our ceramic collections to make up exactly what you are looking for. This will involve having to wait a little longer as the process is all done by hand…but the saying “all good things come to those who wait” will ring true when you have the satisfaction of owning a beautiful and unique piece of Spanish pottery that was specially made for you!.
Can you deliver my Spanish ceramics order to a different address?
Yes. You can arrange to have the pottery delivered to a different address than that of the purchaser if you wish. This makes our pottery delivery an ideal and very handy means of surprising someone with a special gift. When filling in the order form you will be given the option of giving a secondary address and this can be specified as the delivery address. We always clarify all details on your order form in person before shipping.
